Community Guidelines

Version 2026-07-13. These guidelines apply to every space, chat, Roundtable, workshop, and AI tool inside the LaFleur Leadership Network.

1. Our promise to each other

The LaFleur Leadership Network exists to help entrepreneurs, leaders, and their organizations grow together with integrity. Every space, chat, Roundtable, and comment is a professional environment. Show up as the kind of member you'd want next to you in a boardroom.

2. Respect and civility

  • Assume good intent. Disagree with ideas, never attack people.
  • No slurs, insults, personal attacks, or "punching down" jokes.
  • Honor names, pronouns, backgrounds, faiths, and lived experiences.
  • Give credit. Quote sources. Don't pass others' work off as your own.

3. Zero tolerance for hate, harassment, or threats

  • No hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • No harassment, doxxing, stalking, or coordinated pile-ons — inside the platform or off it.
  • No threats of violence or content that glorifies violence, self-harm, or suicide.
  • No sexual content, nudity, or unwanted sexual advances — including in DMs.
  • No content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This is grounds for immediate removal and, where required, reporting to authorities.

4. Honesty and identity

  • Use your real name and a real photo. No impersonation of members, stewards, brands, or public figures.
  • Be transparent about who you represent when you post on behalf of a company or client.
  • No fake reviews, fake testimonials, engagement rigging (coordinated fake likes/comments/shares), or manufactured "social proof".
  • Don't misrepresent your credentials, results, revenue, or affiliations.

5. Safe business conduct

  • No pyramid schemes, MLM recruiting, "get-rich-quick" pitches, or high-pressure DM sales.
  • No solicitation without invitation. Members did not opt in to cold outreach.
  • Financial, legal, medical, or tax opinions are educational — not professional advice. Recommend that clients consult licensed professionals.
  • Disclose material conflicts of interest, referral fees, and paid partnerships.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

  • What's shared inside a private space, cohort, or 1:1 room stays there unless the sharer gives permission.
  • Never share another member's contact info, address, employer, or private messages without consent.
  • Roundtables may be recorded. When you record, ask consent on-camera and share transcripts only with those who were present unless everyone agrees otherwise.
  • Don't upload client data, PHI, PII, trade secrets, or NDAs into shared or AI tools without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

  • Only upload content you own or have permission to use — images, videos, decks, music, handouts.
  • Respect trademarks and brand marks; don't imply endorsements you don't have.
  • Workshops, courses, and toolkits are licensed for your use with clients. Do not resell, rebrand, or redistribute LaFleur Leadership Network materials as your own product.

8. Spam, scams, and platform abuse

  • No spam, mass tagging, repetitive posting, or link farms.
  • No phishing, malware, crypto pumps, or "investment opportunities" targeting members.
  • Don't scrape, screen-record, or export member data.
  • Don't try to bypass paywalls, share your login, or resell access.

9. Responsible use of AI

AI tools inside the platform — including Brittnee, the AI Business Coach, the Playground games, Brand Voice Studio, Meeting Intelligence, and the Course/Workshop generators — are here to accelerate your work, not replace your judgment. When you use them, follow these rules:

  • You are accountable for anything you publish, send to clients, or act on — even if AI wrote it. Review, verify, and edit before you share.
  • Disclose meaningful AI use to clients, employers, and audiences when it matters (e.g. an AI-generated proposal, transcript summary, or coaching plan).
  • Never feed AI confidential client data, PHI, PII, financial records, passwords, NDA-covered material, or anyone else's copyrighted work without permission.
  • Don't impersonate humans with AI. Don't pass AI-generated voice, video, or text off as another real person.
  • No harmful generation. Do not use AI to produce hate content, harassment, deceptive marketing, deepfakes of real people, sexual content, malware, or content targeting minors.
  • AI can be wrong. Fact-check numbers, citations, laws, medical/financial claims, and quotes before use. "Brittnee can make mistakes — check and verify important information" applies to every AI tool here.
  • Don't scrape or reverse-engineer the AI systems, prompts, or training data behind the platform.

10. Roundtables, calls, and events

  • Show up on time, camera-ready when asked, and mute when you're not speaking.
  • Stewards and hosts run the room — follow their guidance on format, timing, and Q&A.
  • No screen-capturing another member without their consent.
  • Guests you invite are your responsibility and are held to these same guidelines.

11. Reporting and enforcement

If you see something that violates these guidelines, message a Steward or Admin. We investigate every report, protect the reporter's identity where possible, and take action based on severity and pattern.

Actions can include, in escalating order:

  • A private note or coaching from a Steward
  • Content removal
  • Temporary loss of posting, DM, or Roundtable privileges
  • Suspension of your account without refund
  • Permanent removal from the network and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement

Severe conduct — including threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or fraud — results in immediate removal.

12. Changes to these guidelines

We update these guidelines as the network grows. When we make material changes, we'll ask you to review and re-acknowledge them before continuing. Current version: 2026-07-13.
