Refund Policy

Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Membership; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period.

New annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not materially used premium content (e.g. downloading multiple courses, generating substantial AI output, or attending gated live events). After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

When you change tiers mid-cycle, Stripe applies proration automatically. Credits from a downgrade apply to future invoices and are not paid out in cash.

Digital one-time purchases (e.g. individual workshops, handouts, session packs) are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the material has not been substantially downloaded or attended. Live workshop seats are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled start.

Legacy Circle is invitation-only and governed by a separate written agreement, which controls any refund terms for that tier.

If you were charged twice or in error, contact us within 60 days and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended until resolved.

Email support@lafleurleadershipnetwork.app from the address on your account with your order details and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country or state of residence.
