Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed under it.

Access to certain areas (Connect, Collective, Enterprise, Legacy Circle) depends on your active tier. Legacy Circle is by invitation only. We may change tier features, pricing, and benefits with prior notice.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Membership. Cancellation ends renewal at the close of your current billing period; access continues until then. Taxes may apply.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or defame others.
• Post illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative, or hateful content.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services.
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate anyone.
• Use AI features to impersonate real people, generate deceptive media, or violate law.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Services (including making it visible to the audiences you choose). You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.

AI features are provided "as is." Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sharing it. Do not enter confidential third-party information without authorization.

Video rooms may record sessions with consent notice. By joining a session that is recorded, you consent to the recording and to transcription. Do not record outside the platform without all participants' consent as required by law.

LaFleur Leadership Network, its logos, courses, workshops, and platform code are our property or licensed to us. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, including for safety, legal, or payment reasons. You may terminate by cancelling and contacting support@lafleurleadershipnetwork.app.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
