Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party integrations you choose to connect.

• Account & profile: name, email, phone (optional), city/region, avatar, bio, pathway, and role.
• Membership & billing: subscription pathway, invoices, and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Content you create: posts, chats, comments, pulse responses, uploads, meeting recordings/transcripts, and AI prompts and outputs.
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, actions taken, presence/online duration, IP address, browser, and device metadata.
• Cookies & local storage: session, preferences (e.g. theme), and analytics.

• Provide, operate, and secure the Services.
• Personalize your experience, including AI assistants and recommendations.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Send transactional emails (invites, reminders, notifications) and, if you opt in, community updates.
• Monitor for abuse, enforce our Community Guidelines, and comply with law.

The platform includes AI tools (chat assistants, generators, meeting intelligence). Prompts and content you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers under contract with us. We do not sell your data, and we do not permit providers to train foundation models on your private content. AI output can be inaccurate — verify important information before relying on it.

We share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, database, storage, email, payments, AI, video). They act on our instructions.
• Other members for content you choose to publish (posts, profile, map pin, chats in shared rooms).
• Legal / safety when required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

• Update your profile, hide from the Member Map, or leave spaces at any time in Settings.
• Cancel your subscription from Settings → Membership.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@lafleurleadershipnetwork.app.
• Opt out of non-essential email from unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational obligations. Backups may persist for up to 90 days after deletion. Recordings and transcripts follow the retention settings shown at the time of creation.

We use encryption in transit, role-based access, row-level security, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to support@lafleurleadershipnetwork.app.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

The Services are operated from the United States. By using them, you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
